Abstract: This project evaluates the various rate-control algorithms within the proposed ATM Forum Traffic Management framework and identifies new improvement by augmenting the rate-control scheme with end-to-end QoS guarantee. The research will focus on modeling the end-to-end QoS and develop new end-to-end rate-control algorithms to assure such QoS specification.
