Abstract: This project is mainly focused on the investigation of electrical and thermal transport in carbon nanotubes. Thermal conductivity of aligned multiwallled carbon nanotubes was investigated using pulsed photothermal reflectance technique. Carbon naotube based field effect transistors(CNTFETs) were fabricated successfully. Memory effects of the CNTFETs have been studied in detail.
