Title: | Brother in arms project (2D flash animation). | Authors: | Foong, Dominic Maximilian. | Keywords: | DRNTU::Visual arts and music::Animation | Issue Date: | 2010 | Abstract: | This report details the entire production process which the maker had gone through for the creation of this film. It attempts to address the lack of a uniquely Chinese science fiction film in the Mandarin speaking world. It seeks to highlight how the original nature of the production can be changed due to the limitations of time and the production pipeline. It also reflects the author’s decision making process, showing the influences he chose to aid in the production of the film and how he attempts to reconcile a Western dominated genre with Chinese elements. It also addresses some of the problems and benefits of using the Adobe Creative Suite CS4 pipeline. | URI: | http://hdl.handle.net/10356/38645 | Schools: | School of Art, Design and Media | Rights: | Nanyang Technological University | Fulltext Permission: | restricted | Fulltext Availability: | With Fulltext |
