Waiting experience at commuter’s appliance.

Abstract

This project will look into the waiting experiences at bus stops. As bus stop designs can more generic and similar, how the experience component can be improved and what can be done to encourage commuters’ interactions with the bus stop, so that the waiting experience is a pleasant one and enriches commuter’s everyday lives.
