Abstract: A POC Bioassay device is a low-cost, portable and robust diagnostic instrument capable of carrying out real-time medical diagnosis of specific analytes like cardiac markers in blood. And it requires only a drop of biological fluid from the patient's body to carry out the diagnosis. With the current generation of simulation software we can efficiently study specific design and work out whether they are applicable for a specific purpose, for example for medical diagnosis .
