Abstract: The project aimed at evaluating the high speed ADC. The scope of the project is to make an independent program to evaluate the high-speed ADC. The project has 4 main parts to accomplish the objective. Firstly, a basic introduction is necessary to explain the concepts in the project. The part contains signal, noise and the introduction of the ADC. Secondly, analysis of data is given to show the function of the ADC. In this part, Matlab is used to process the data of the signal and noise that collected and saved in Excel files. Thirdly, the independent program with interface of user is introduced into separate steps. The independent program comes true through the MFC in Visual Stadio. Visual C++ is the main language used in this part, and Matlab is also combined with Visual C++ in some special conditions. At last, conclusion of the results that from analysis and comparison shows the functions of the ADC used.
