Abstract: It is undeniable that the Internet has an active role in our daily activities such as in the decision of purchasing a product. Hence, ROSE is motivated by that factor to build a system to supply users with reviews and opinions on different types of products. As long as there is Internet access, users will be able to access ROSE. The purpose of this report is to document the design and development for the front end implementation of ROSE. This report also discusses and compares ROSE with other existing systems. The focus of this report is on the two main considerations in building the front end interface; the graphical interface and the loading time of ROSE. An intuitive graphical interface would ensure the growth of user comfort level in navigating through the site, while a fast loading time will encourage them to patronize the site. This report also documents the comparison between the old interface design with the new interface design. A table list of elements that is uploaded on each page before and after optimization is provided.
