Abstract: Operation Control and Dispatch Optimization of Distributed Energy Resource is a continuation project from previous batch of final year students. The project aims to build a small distributed generation system which can operate economically with a program that monitors and controls the operation of the system. In this report, basic concepts and theories will be covered to serve as fundamental tools on understanding how the system should be integrated. Next, the description of the hardware components that are involved in the building of the system as well as the development of the software module will be discussed. The report will end with some case studies obtained, conclusions and recommendations by the author.
