Abstract: The project introduces the process of designing virtual reality system for cell micromanipulation system which includes the simulation and animation of the components. Cell micromanipulation task is a tedious process which mostly depends on the skill of experienced lab operators. However, ther is also an issue of long time nedded to setup the experiment and frequently mounting and dismounting the components. Therefore, there is a need to design a virtual reality system which has the capability of simulating and animating the mechanical component of cell micromanipulation system.
