dc.description.abstractIn this thesis, a knowledge-based fault detection and diagnosis scheme for the Air Handling Unit (AHU) system is proposed on the basis of Building Automation System (BAS). The diagnosis functions of the knowledge-based system are based on the characteristics of AHU system and the fault may be detected by comparing the actual measured data with the prediction from the historical data.en_US
