中国资本经营的动因分析及其操作工具 = Capital management and restructuring in China : driving forces and operating techniques

Abstract

本论文的目的是研究有关中国方面的资金管理问题。一份关于公司治理的发展作简单讨论开始，逐步阐述了笔者对资本管理的内涵和实质作了进一步示威的动因，为企业开展资本经营运作手段。在引入，使得对之间的现代企业资本经营和企业内部和外部条件，特别是与国家经济结构调整和企业的关系资本管理实践的关系的简要说明。 The aim of the thesis is to study problems related to capital management in the context of China. Beginning with a brief discussion on the development in corporate governance, the author gradually elaborates the connotations of the essence of the capital management and makes further demonstrations on the dynamic causes and operating instruments for the enterprises to carry out the capital management. The introduction makes a brief explanation on the relationship between the practice of the capital management of the modern enterprises and the internal and external conditions of the enterprises, especially the relationship between the restructuring of national economy and the enterprise capital management.
