|Title:||Assurance Generales De Frances (AGF) website project: insurance on-line.||Authors:||Lee, Alexis Wee Tze.||Keywords:||DRNTU::Business::Finance::Insurance companies||Issue Date:||1998||Abstract:||The entrance of new media technology such as the Internet and World Wide Web has opened new avenues for advertising and marketing for companies. For insurance companies, this could spell a new era of insurance risk management, administration and servicing of clients and intermediaries. Apart from using the web site as a means of corporate image, insurance companies can also sell policies on-line. This involves both product development and re-engineering of operations such as processing and claims. This project report will examine how AGF Insurance Singapore set out to develop and evaluate their web site under the author's responsibility.||URI:||http://hdl.handle.net/10356/42613||Rights:||Nanyang Technological University||Fulltext Permission:||restricted||Fulltext Availability:||With Fulltext|
