Abstract: The entrance of new media technology such as the Internet and World Wide Web has opened new avenues for advertising and marketing for companies. For insurance companies, this could spell a new era of insurance risk management, administration and servicing of clients and intermediaries. Apart from using the web site as a means of corporate image, insurance companies can also sell policies on-line. This involves both product development and re-engineering of operations such as processing and claims. This project report will examine how AGF Insurance Singapore set out to develop and evaluate their web site under the author's responsibility.
