To compare old and new responsibilities by reviewing and analysing job descriptions 2. To review the overlap of job responsibilities between professionals and paraprofessionals 3. To investigate the effectiveness of paraprofessionals in handling their new responsibilities 4. To examine the professional development activities of paraprofessionals 5. To survey paraprofessionals' training and continuing education needs 6. To study paraprofessionals' views towards their changing role.
