面向21世纪盐城食品工业发展的战略思考 = The strategy of Yancheng food industry towards the 21st century

Abstract

Industrial structure is an important component of the economic development strategy, and the choice of leading industries affects the pace of development for a national or a regional economy. By applying modern theory of industrial structure, this dissertation analyses the current situation of food industry in Yancheng City of Jiansu Province, China, investigate the possibility of developing food industry into a leading industry for Yancheng, and puts forward proposals for the strategy of food industry development towards the 21st century.
