Web learning portals should not only provide required educational materials, but also provide convenience, engagement, customizability. In order to enhance the user experience in this project we proposed solution to come up with a certain level of customisability of the user interface. The project was developed using open source tools, HTML5, JavaScript and database technology MySQL. Under our development user could draw on the webpage, erase unwanted drawings, manage folders, arrange icons, and customize appearance After implementation testing of the system performed using JMeter performance tester.
