dc.description.abstract | The combination of pharmaco-proteomics and metabolomics study has identified potential serum dosage marker for the anti-coagulating drug warfarin, which is with a narrow therapeutic index. In vitro studies have also investigated on the enantiomeric differences in drug action mechanism. Our findings provided molecular evidence on warfarin-cell interaction which may shed new lights on future improvement of warfarin therapy. | en |
