Abstract: The development of Global Positioning System (GPS) and Differential Global Positioning System (DGPS) as major navigating systems in the world has prompted the need for the general public to have a better understanding of GPS and DGPS. The purpose of this project is to develop an interactive tutorial on the web encompassing a simulation of the GPS to be used to demonstrate the mathematical approach for the GPS system.
