Developing a content-based image retrieval system based on low-level discriptors

Abstract

This report describes the concepts and process behind the implementation of Content-based Image Retrieval System based on low-level descriptors. The function of the Content-based Image Retrieval system based on low-level descriptors is to retrieve from an image database those images that best resemble a query image selected by the user.
