dc.description.abstractFunctional requirement capture the intended behavior of the system. This behavior may be expressed as services, tasks or functions the system is required to perform. Most of the systems are currently developed using Object-Oriented methodologies. While these methodologies offer code-reuse, they have not paid much attention to functional refinement. This dissertation is to experiment on an approach to address this problem proposed by Tan and others to web-based applications.en_US
