Exploration of mobile access to RFID data management system

Abstract

Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) is a technique which has been used in supply chain system for many years. RFID readers and an RFID Capture Application are used to read and manage the data of RFID tag.

In order to provide mobility in RFID data management, some research has been done to develop a mobile web application which can capture RFID data. The application runs on browser of smart phones. The properties of smart phone and mobile network were taken into consideration in the design and implementation of the application.
