Abstract: The GNU arbitrary precision library can be used for calculation of arithmetic operations as well as standard trigonometric functions to any desired number of decimal places, proving useful to users performing calculation of scientific functions. The library is available in PHP but requires initializing on the server side. This project aims to build in PHP the arithmetic operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division), decimal to binary and vice versa, decimal to hexadecimal and vice versa.
