Abstract: Breast cancer among women is one of the major public health problems in the world. Using relevant mass communication theories, this Final Year Project consists of two studies that aim to understand factors influencing Singaporean women’s knowledge about breast cancer, their perceived risks of breast cancer, and their intentions to take preventive measures.
