Abstract: Critical machines failures are the reason for significant process downtime as well as costly repair work. Therefore, detecting early the degradation and faults will improve the reliability as well as reduce the cost of wasted time and repairs by enable carrying out maintenance only when needed. Eventually, it can enable a near zero loss for potential failures. Many approaches have been proposed for this tool condition monitoring and fault diagnosis area.
