Authors: Huynh, Nhat Quang.

Issue Date: 2011
Abstract: Type-II diabetes, which is known as non-insulin-dependent diabetes, results from insulin resistance, a condition in which cells fail to use insulin properly, sometimes combined with an absolute insulin deficiency. This type is by far the most common, affecting 90 to 95% of the diabetes population. Therefore, it has become a hot research field for scientist since long time ago.
