Abstract: This project studies the circuit performance sensitivity analysis of different types of mixers for HIPERLAN application using RF CMOS technology with 1.8V supply voltage. Three different types of mixers have been simulated for HIPERLAN applications in which the input frequency range is from 5.1 GHz to 5.9 GHz.
