Abstract: For the year of 2000 to 2011, 11 years of re new able energy has been researched and developed for the purpose of the cleaner and efficient energy. Fossil fuel will be dangerous to the environment and the cleaner approach will be using the solar energy to reproduce the electrical energy for human consumption. Recently due to Japan earth quake, it causes tsunami to hit the nuclear reactor and make the Japanese government and the rest of the world to re – think to use nuclear energy to use to generate electricity. Therefore, solar energy is definitely safer than the nuclear energy. Using DC booster and DC to AC inverter to make use of solar panel to power up a resistor load.
