Abstract: In this dissertation, different testing techniques used in traditional software testing and OO software development are studied and the differences between traditional software and OO software testing are compared. A detailed study on the current works in State-based testing methodology for testing Object/Class in OO software is made. A framework is then proposed for enhanced State-based testing for Object/Class in OO software by careful analysis and selections of Pre-conditions and Post-conditions.
