Abstract: This project focuses to explore on a new concept of hybrid cutter. Hybrid cutters exploit the potential advantages of constituent processes and diminish their disadvantages when working as individual process. Basically, all hybrid cutters are directly involved in the material removal rate and the performances characteristics of hybrid cutters are different from the characteristics of their constituent processes when they are performed separately.
