Abstract: We describe in this thesis, the design and implementation of a low-voltage (1.1V) micropower digital CMOS cell library. The main application of the library is for the realization is an intelligent digital noise-reduction hearing aid (instrument) where the primary parameters for consideration are micropower and low voltage. Speed is a secondary consideration.
