Abstract: As the need for VLSI circuits boosts, more interface circuits are required to bridge digital domain circuits and analogue domain circuits. Among these circuits, digital-to-analog converters (DACs) played an essential role, especially in contemporary communication systems. Therefore, a 10GSample/s 6-bit DAC was designed to meet these needs.
