Abstract: This report is aimed at Investigating temperature effects on a concrete bridge deck with box-section under local climatic condition field experiments for both unsurfaced and surfaced conditions were carried to record temperature distribution across the cross-section of the deck. Theoretical values were generated by using a programme BTEMP from TRRL and comparison was made with the field data.
