Abstract
Most of the past studies have focused on the cost reduction benefits of sustainable buildings as it is more tangible and easily quantifiable. However, it is widely believed that the benefits of sustainable building go beyond just reducing some costs. It produces a string of other benefits that bring value to the businesses of the building occupants which results in substantial economic impacts.
