Abstract: A single-ended differential CMOS operational amplifier (Op Amp) is designed in this work. The Op Amp is designed to function under single supply voltage in the range of 1.2 V to 1.5 V driving the parallel load of a Ik Q resistor and a 150 pF capacitor. The Op Amp can achieve a rail-to-rail input and output (I/O) swing with a voltage margin of 0.1 \/from both supply rails.
