Title: | Highly transparent and conductive ZnO for appliation in thin fil silicon solar cells | Authors: | Ong, Brian Thiam Min | Keywords: | DRNTU::Engineering::Electrical and electronic engineering | Issue Date: | 2009 | Abstract: | Highly conductive and transparent ZnO:Al thin films for solar cell application were deposited by rf sputtering of ZnO and AI2O3 in a bottom up configuration from separate targets onto glass substrates. The electrical and optical properties of the thin films were measured using the Hall Effect measurement system and UV/Vis spectroscopy; and compared with the structure of the thin films that were characterized using FESEM, and XRD. The effect of hydrogen flow and ratio of AI2O3 to ZnO were investigated. | Description: | 102 p. | URI: | http://hdl.handle.net/10356/46771 | Schools: | School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering | Rights: | Nanyang Technological University | Fulltext Permission: | restricted | Fulltext Availability: | With Fulltext |
