Title: Highly transparent and conductive ZnO for appliation in thin fil silicon solar cells
Authors: Ong, Brian Thiam Min
Keywords: DRNTU::Engineering::Electrical and electronic engineering
Issue Date: 2009
Abstract: Highly conductive and transparent ZnO:Al thin films for solar cell application were deposited by rf sputtering of ZnO and AI2O3 in a bottom up configuration from separate targets onto glass substrates. The electrical and optical properties of the thin films were measured using the Hall Effect measurement system and UV/Vis spectroscopy; and compared with the structure of the thin films that were characterized using FESEM, and XRD. The effect of hydrogen flow and ratio of AI2O3 to ZnO were investigated.
