Abstract: In this thesis, we show how to achieve noise suppression and channel equalization through the combination of wavelets and subspace techniques in multiuser communications systems. First, we explain how to use the theorem of filter banks to analyze the Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) system, and explore the anti-interference methods for the inter/intra user code noise. An iterated algorithm, which can be used to combat the multiuser interference and the channel effects, is developed to reconstruct the original signal from the background noise without Inter Symbol Interference (ISI) and Multiple Access Interference (MAI).
