Abstract: This thesis studies stability analysis of fuzzy control systems and our focus is on stability analysis of the Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy model system, which is a promising approach for modeling complex nonlinear plants. A new controller design approach, termed Proportional Parallel Distributed Compensation is proposed.
