Title: Advanced controller design for wind turbine systems
Authors: Li, Siye.
Keywords: DRNTU::Engineering::Electrical and electronic engineering::Control and instrumentation
Issue Date: 2010
Abstract: Renewable energy sources such as wind are intermittent and variable in nature. Hence, wind powered generators with variable-speeds can't connect to the grid directly. Small scaled wind generator, which directly couples to the grid with constant speed and constant power generated, has low efficiency and result in harmonics.
