Title: | Analysis of MCDM methods for context-aware partner selection | Authors: | Tong, Yong Feng. | Keywords: | DRNTU::Engineering | Issue Date: | 2010 | Abstract: | In the present-day globalised, networked economy, companies commonly operate in value chains. One such value chain is the ubiquitous supply chain ((SC). The Multi- National Corporation (MNC) is a typical supply chain master. MNC identifies and selects dependable partners (e.g. suppliers or vendors) so the company can deliver on its promises to its customers. In support of this partner selection activity, Multi- Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) techniques can help short-list partners. Such MCDM methods include Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), Deviation Measure Method, ELECTRE and PROMETHEE etc. | Description: | 140 p. | URI: | http://hdl.handle.net/10356/47150 | Schools: | School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering | Rights: | Nanyang Technological University | Fulltext Permission: | restricted | Fulltext Availability: | With Fulltext |
