Abstract: The goal of this project is to demonstrate the growth of cells in porous scaffolds in a flow-through bioreactor. For the project, the emphasis was the fabrication of porous membranes of 100-200 jam that make these scaffolds. These scaffolds were fabricated by solvent casting and salt leaching of polyurethane.
