Abstract: In this dissertation, the bioengineering science behind the sport of cricket has been analyzed. Particularly, the three main aspects of cricket namely batting, bowling and fielding have been covered. Also, the effect of certain characteristics of the cricket pitch on the ball is analyzed in the equations.
