International trade and climate change : liberalization of trade in environmental goods and services.

Abstract

Multiple international and regional institutions have asserted the linkages between international trade and climate change. However, as shown in the slow pace of negotiations, to coordinate trade and environmental policies among developed and developing countries is not simple. A core debate is on whether WTO should embrace an all-out EGS liberalization or not.
