Abstract: Leadership plays an important role in business success. The leader's leadership skills are always questioned when the business is not producing enough success or profits. To obtain success, leaders require some important qualities. Those important qualities are well exhibited by some military leaders. Alexander the Great, is one of those greatest military leaders with those demanding qualities and had succeeded very well. Alexander's leadership qualities produced huge success for him; he conquered 20 million square miles in 13 years of his reign. Lessons from Alexander's leadership might help the present business leaders to be more effective.
