Abstract: This Industrial Attachment program is part of the NTU’s Engineering Curriculum that spans over a period of 22 weeks. The main purpose of this attachment is to expose students to engineering work in an actual working environment, gaining necessary hands-on experiences and knowledge to better prepare them in their future engineering careers. This report will give an overview on the student’s experiences in CapitaLand Management (China) Co Ltd, including the knowledge and lessons learnt during this period of attachment. The report will start with a general overview of the company and the department the student is attached to. It will also include the objectives to be achieved by the student during this attachment. The job scope of a project engineer will also be discussed. The main body of the report will present the two projects that the student is involved during the attachment and the tactical knowledge gained. Problems faced will also be highlighted.
