Title: | An examination of organizational values integrity. | Authors: | Chew, Yiwen. Zheng, Polly Junwen. Kok, Abeline Xin Yi. |
Keywords: | DRNTU::Business::Management::Organizational behaviour | Issue Date: | 2012 | Abstract: | This study examines employees’ knowledge of their organization’s stated values and how closely they interpret them as compared to the organization’s intended meaning. In addition, we explore a new concept, Organizational Values Integrity (OVI) which is an extension of Behavioral Integrity (BI). We seek to identify some specific organizational practices as demonstrations of OVI and how well employees perceived these practices being demonstrated by their organization. Finally, we examine whether and how OVI differs from BI, cynicism, psychological contract, trust and credibility at the organizational level. | URI: | http://hdl.handle.net/10356/48102 | Schools: | Nanyang Business School | Rights: | Nanyang Technological University | Fulltext Permission: | restricted | Fulltext Availability: | With Fulltext |
