Issue Date: 2012
Abstract: For every cohort of CPE 207 Software Engineering, students are required to complete a set of survey at the beginning of the course. The information called the “Learning Style Results” will allow the lecturer to understand better what kind of teaching material is the most effective for the students. However, this piece of information is either in PDF or JPEG format which doesn’t allow manipulation of data. Therefore, it is necessary to create a program to allow users to extract data out of the “Learning Style Results”. With this program, users can extract precious data out of the original source. With the extracted data, user can plot charts or graphs using excel and use it to determine what type of leaning style is the most suitable for the class and make inference on the teaching methods. User can also choose to import or export the data extracted.
