Title: | Life | Authors: | Kabul, Christiyani | Keywords: | DRNTU::Visual arts and music::Visual arts | Issue Date: | 2012 | Abstract: | In this project, a factory is built using 3D software and populated with rabbits which are animated to move around it. The factory relentlessly takes them through tribulations that mirror those of life. From this misanthropic point of view, life seems to be apparently meaningless and humans are objects doomed to go through a process from birth to death in an uncaring universe. The project explores the use of the whimsical language of gaming, cartoons and animation to represent a serious topic that has a universal depth and significance. | URI: | http://hdl.handle.net/10356/48705 | Schools: | School of Art, Design and Media | Rights: | Nanyang Technological University | Fulltext Permission: | restricted | Fulltext Availability: | With Fulltext |
