dc.description.abstractSleep again is a cognitive behavioural treatment kit for people with psychophysiological insomnia. Targeting at the young and educated, it offers a self help step-by-step program based on psychological and behavioural principles. Sleep again is designed to motivate patients to help themselves and increase compliance to treatment. Info-graphics are used to visualize information and interactive procedures to question, engage and encourage patients. Using novelty to increase interest and motivation, the use of the four senses are incorporated into the whole treatment experience.en_US
