Abstract: Arbitration is fast growing as a major dispute resolution method in the maritime industry. Currently, London arbitrates about 90% of all maritime cases. With London enjoying the lion share of the world cases, Singapore will find it hard to establish itself as a top maritime cluster. This report serves to investigate on the success of London and give recommendations on how to improve Singapore as an arbitration hub.
