dc.description.abstractWith the advancement of technology, soldiers of the future will be constantly provided with cutting edge technology to better fit their environment and to give them an edge over their enemies. With training they are built up to have the stamina and strength to supplement technology and equipment, but during these training where they are pushed to their limits and their safety becomes a key issue. Many safety protocols have been put in place and are constantly evolving to suit the generation of today. However, even with these safety protocols, there are always casulties. With the advanced soldier uniform like the Advanced Combat Man System which was designed to meet a soldier’s operational needs, a new prototype is needed to address the soldier’s safety needs during training.en_US
