Abstract: This final year project provides the fundamental knowledge of risk management framework for a tunnel construction project in Singapore for a Mass Rapid Transport network. Recently, there are many developments taken place in accordance to the Masterplan2020. The developments prepare Singapore transport network to handle the ever increasing transport demands.Due to the complex nature of the underground tunneling, together with the limited land and spaces in Singapore, risk management is necessary to ensure the safety of the project to the workers and to the public.
